Key Responsibilities\n

As a Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist at New Leaf Counseling Center, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, holistically identifying clients' mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, using modalities that best suit the client’s goals, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated care and support for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, promptly responding to clients in moments of acute distress to stabilize their situation and connect them with appropriate resources.

• Engage in outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health education and diminishing stigma surrounding mental health conditions.

You will serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
