Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver effective mental health services to individuals, families, and groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians, case managers, and psychiatrists to create coordinated care plans that reflect a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support, employing your expertise to stabilize clients in acute distress and ensure their safety.

You will work with a diverse array of clients ranging from children to adults, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on client progress.

• A deep commitment to cultural sensitivity, allowing for effective engagement with clients from various walks of life.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly in outpatient services, is highly valued.

• Familiarity with therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based modalities is preferable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
