• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing, focusing on ethical and compassionate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health issues. This targeted approach enables therapists to foster meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal conflicts. Our goal is to equip clients with the skills to enhance their mental well-being and life satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

• Active clinical license with one of the following credentials: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker).

• No limited/provisional licenses or history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, exhibiting a warm and empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficient technological skills for effective use of teletherapy platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health counseling role. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with different therapeutic modalities will be advantageous. Moreover, a track record of helping clients navigate their mental health journeys is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inner Insight Therapy Inc offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
