Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' mental health needs, taking into account history, diagnosis, and psychosocial factors to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing, delivering therapy to individuals, groups, and families.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and maintaining compassion in challenging situations.

Qualifications\n
