Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that effectively address these concerns.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services—whether through individual, group, or family sessions—utilizing a variety of therapeutic methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness approaches, or dialectical behavior therapy, to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Collaborate routinely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care that considers all aspects of the clients' well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Atlantic Mental and Wellness Center, your clientele will consist of individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
