Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to fully understand clients' mental health conditions. This includes compiling detailed intakes through video calls and utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on evidenced-based practices, client goals, and measurable outcomes, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions that foster healing and growth, utilizing your skills to adapt approaches to suit diverse client needs.
\n
• Coordinate care with a network of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure holistic service delivery, addressing both mental and physical health aspects.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and timely responses during acute distress situations, demonstrating your expertise in handling emergencies and implementing safety plans effectively.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, educational programs, and workshops that promote mental health awareness, aiming to destigmatize mental health issues and connect individuals with the support they need.

Qualifications\n

• A current, independent license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect and build rapport with clients, ensuring their comfort and trust throughout the therapeutic journey.

• A commitment to cultural competence, allowing you to work effectively within diverse populations, while acknowledging and respecting varied life experiences and values.

• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate, timely documentation, facilitating the continuum of care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
