Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings for new clients to evaluate their mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster growth and healing.

• Monitor clients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, employing a range of therapeutic approaches to suit individual needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for all clients.

• Educate and empower clients' families, providing them with resources and strategies to promote active engagement in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families, many of whom are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, showcasing a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

• Excellent therapeutic skills with the ability to motivate and guide clients through their recovery journeys.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to effectively engage with team members and clients alike.
