As a therapist at Vibrant Healing, you will primarily work in our outpatient office setting while also having the flexibility to perform remote sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, accurately identifying clients' mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, tailored to their unique situations and goals.

• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families. Utilize therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Provide prompt crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, employing your expertise with compassion and caring to guide them through difficult moments.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma around mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology enhances your candidacy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and fostering therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
