Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients aiming for stress reduction and enhanced emotional well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors and mental health goals, developing individualized mindfulness practices tailored to their needs.

• Guide clients in practical mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques to foster self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management, and building resilience among participants.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
