Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Blissful Balance, your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC within the state of Washington.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and best practices for treatment, especially in a school context.

• Strong clinical skills, demonstrated ability to assess mental health needs, and develop effective therapeutic strategies.

• Experience in providing individual therapy and facilitating group sessions to varied demographics.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients and their families.

• Proficient use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and general computer applications, essential for comprehensive documentation purposes.
