Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, identifying symptoms related to mood disorders and their impact on daily functioning.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients cope with challenges and develop effective coping strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health principles, treatment options, and best practices for self-care, promoting understanding and engagement.

• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment modalities as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and adherence to individualized care plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
