This remote position allows for an optimal work-life balance while you serve students from the comfort of your own space. Our practice operates Monday through Saturday, enabling you to tailor your schedule according to your preferences. We offer in-house credentialing and comprehensive support in managing insurance participation and scheduling, which allows you to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying specific mental health needs and creating tailored care plans.

• Provide evidence-based counseling interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to promote the therapeutic goals established in collaboration with clients.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and coordinating care plans to ensure holistic treatment for clients.
\n
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in an ethical and timely manner, adhering to organizational guidelines.

• Facilitate case management by consulting with community professionals and resources to enhance the continuum of care for your clients.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and patient rounds, contributing to discussions regarding client progress and potential adjustments in treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse population of students, including adolescents and children facing various mental health challenges. You will address a range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and the impacts of trauma, providing the necessary support and resources to promote their mental and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on outpatient services.

• Eagerness to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and possess strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
