Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to understand the needs of students, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a comparable field. (Higher degrees are an asset but not mandatory).

• At least two years of experience working in mental health counseling, particularly in a school or community setting.

• Expertise in evidence-based practices tailored to children and adolescents, demonstrating how to adapt these approaches for various mental health disorders.

• Possess outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, and educational teams.
