Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gather comprehensive insights into clients' mental health needs and history.

• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans customized to individual clients, reflecting their personal and cultural backgrounds.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must possess a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
