Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns through comprehensive video interviews and standardized assessment tools, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing techniques that de-escalate situations and ensure client safety.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and discuss clinical cases to optimize treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health challenges, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the therapeutic process.

• Engage in continuous education through training sessions, workshops, and conferences to remain updated on the latest evidence-based practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Licensure: Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field; Master's or Doctoral degree preferred.

• Experience: At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
