Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to identify their unique mental health needs and goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Engage clients through individual therapy sessions, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance by promoting trust and open communication.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to continually enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge about best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize our telehealth platform to facilitate virtual sessions and ensure accessibility for clients facing challenges in accessing traditional in-office appointments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals of all ages facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude to create a safe therapeutic space for clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively and maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery models, trauma-informed care, or evidence-based therapeutic practices will be viewed favorably. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload. Benefits include administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, enabling therapists to focus more on client care. Continuing education reimbursement is provided to encourage ongoing professional development.
