Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services using diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) tailored to patient needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at fostering community and shared experiences among our patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and personalized patient care.

• Respond to mental health crises promptly and effectively, applying crisis intervention techniques as necessary.

• Educate clients on mental health disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain complete and accurate electronic health records (EHR) following legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives to continuously enhance therapeutic skills.

• Stay informed about the latest research, advancements, and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington State is required.

• In-depth knowledge of a broad range of mental health disorders and various evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations.

• Proficiency in operating EHR systems, facilitating telehealth sessions, and managing technology effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
