This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth modalities to provide therapy services to our clients in Silverdale, Washington, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Lead individual, couples, and group therapy sessions that foster a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and work toward their mental health goals.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure the effectiveness of therapies administered.

• Educate clients on coping mechanisms and strategies for maintaining mental well-being, integrating these practices into their daily lives.

• Engage in regular team meetings that focus on continuous provider development, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience as a mental health counselor in a behavioral health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
