Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Evidence of specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.

• Deep understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches for a variety of mental health disorders.

• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively motivate clients throughout their treatment process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
