Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating clients facing a variety of mental health challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' unique mental health needs, tailoring individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Providing evidence-based therapy services to a range of demographics, effectively utilizing therapeutic methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborating closely with case managers and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care that addresses social, psychological, and spiritual needs.

• Engaging in crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, leveraging de-escalation techniques and supportive strategies to navigate challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will span individuals from diverse backgrounds, including various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. This role allows for significant engagement with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other prevalent mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Hold a relevant master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and foster therapeutic relationships.

• Showcase cultural competence, effectively navigating the complexities of working with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Maintain strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely documentation and adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with the following experience will be given preference:

• At least two years of post-graduate therapy experience in a clinical setting, particularly in community mental health or similar environments.
