Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility in a home-based telehealth setting, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while maintaining professional interaction with clients through secure video conferencing tools. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, where you will connect with clients during their preferred times, ensuring their mental health needs are met conveniently and comfortably.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based intervention strategies, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in managing stress, enhancing emotional well-being, and achieving personal growth.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each client's unique stressors, challenges, and goals, customizing mindfulness plans that resonate with their needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that incorporate mindfulness practices, guiding clients through exercises and techniques aimed at increasing self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Organize and lead group workshops on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn practices that enhance their mental health.

• Document client progress meticulously, tracking the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications\n
