Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients, tailoring practices to help them achieve stress relief and improve their overall mental health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify individual stressors and challenges, and collaboratively develop personalized mindfulness-based treatment goals.

• Guide clients in various mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques, aiming to enhance their self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops focused on mindfulness practices, stress management strategies, and resilience-building techniques.

• Adapt therapy sessions to integrate mindfulness approaches effectively, addressing each client's unique mental health concerns while promoting their overall personal growth.

• Collaborate with other treatment providers to formulate holistic care plans that encompass both therapeutic and non-therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and detailed electronic documentation of client progress, mindfulness interventions, and adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
