Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of critical functions, including:

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration with clients.

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions.

• Possess strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload demands effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy, trauma-informed care, or specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar modalities will be especially valued.
