Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with designated clients/patients, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery and mental wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, ensuring compliance with agency policies and licensing regulations.

• Engage in program development activities, including training and enhancing existing support programs for clients.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, providing input into treatment planning and collaborating with other health professionals to optimize patient care.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, attending necessary meetings and consultations to enhance treatment outcomes and facilitate successful patient discharges.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably with a focus on mood disorders.

• Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based treatment modalities, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Ability to understand psychopharmacology and collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other medical professionals in care planning.

• A documented history of successful treatment outcomes, demonstrating the effectiveness of your therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
