Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual goals and challenges.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Establish specific therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

• Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges, ensuring consistent support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical requirements, facilitating effective communication with colleagues and clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance abuse. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care and meeting each client where they are in their journey, fostering a therapeutic alliance built on trust and respect.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Exemplify empathy and compassion, with a non-judgmental demeanor essential for effective counseling.

• Show strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the mental health field is required. We particularly value professionals with a background in trauma-informed care and those who have experience working with various therapeutic approaches to meet diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
