Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments to tailor treatment plans to the specific needs of each patient.

• Collaborate effectively with supervisors, direct care staff, and family members to communicate individual progress and treatment adjustments.

• Develop a structured schedule for appointments, home visits, and necessary observations to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct home visits to facilitate in-home observations, which will be integral in understanding the context of each patient’s mental health.

• Implement program plans effectively, ensuring that all interventions are executed properly and that they meet clinical standards.
\n
• Attend Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to discuss patient caring strategies and provide input that enhances treatment approaches.

• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes that detail patient advancements and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Organize training sessions for staff to ensure everyone involved is competent in the program's implementation and documentation processes.

• Provide follow-up support through interviews and observations, maintaining connections with individuals to foster ongoing emotional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists engage with a diverse patient population, including both adults and youth facing a spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. The ability to adapt your therapeutic approaches to meet the varied needs of these individuals is essential in promoting their health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical counseling is essential.
\n
• Possessing expertise in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance dependence is highly desirable.

• Thorough understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice.
\n
• Demonstrated cooperation and collaboration within a healthcare team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
