Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the unique mental health needs of clients, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Holds a master’s degree or doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.

• Exhibit strong cultural competence, employing sensitivity and understanding in your work with individuals from various communities.

• Showcase excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and client records.
