Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health to inform individualized treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and goals.

• Provide both in-person and teletherapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), that cater to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing our electronic health record system to track patient progress and outlook.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, webinars, or training sessions, to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay updated on best practices within the mental health field.

• Help clients navigate crises by offering immediate support or intervention as needed, thereby ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse range of clients facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Washington State.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
