Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, utilizing standardized tools to inform treatment decisions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique challenges and goals, adjusting as necessary to respond to their progress.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
