Work Environment\n

This role offers a remote work setting, allowing therapists the flexibility to manage their work-life balance more effectively while still engaging in fulfilling client interactions through virtual means. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to effectively identify client needs, ensuring that treatment plans are both personalized and relevant.

• Utilize leading therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to deliver individual and group therapy sessions.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, allowing clients to connect, learn, and share their experiences in a community setting.

• Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care, ensuring an integrated approach to each patient's treatment journey.

• Provide crisis intervention services, equipping clients with the necessary tools and strategies to manage mental health emergencies effectively.

• Educate clients on various mental health concerns, available treatment options, and community resources tailored to their specific situations.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards while managing electronic health records (EHR) efficiently.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss client progress and enhance collaborative treatment planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy to a variety of diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client engagement and support.

• Adherence to professional ethics and compassionate service delivery with sound judgment.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and related computer applications is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
