Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to identify emotional, psychological, and social needs.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group formats, to maintain therapeutic progress.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and ensuring all goals are met through ongoing evaluation.

• Provide referrals to psychiatric services or other healthcare providers when necessary to promote comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) for each client, documenting sessions, treatment plans, and any adjustments as required.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including training sessions and workshops, to stay current on best practices in mental health counseling.

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid background in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
