Work Environment\n

The position operates in a remote environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. While you will work independently, you will also be part of a connected team that values collaboration. Our organization promotes regular virtual meetings and ongoing supervision to support engagement and ensure clinical integrity in all therapeutic practices. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored therapy sessions for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to meet their unique mental health needs.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and best practices, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Equip clients with practical skills and coping strategies to promote independence and sustained improvement in their mental health.

• Engage in outreach and networking activities to enhance community connections and resource availability for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your ability to provide culturally competent care will be central to building therapeutic rapport and trust. As a part of our team, you will contribute to the overall mental well-being of the community by offering innovative and empathetic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health role, with a proven track record of effective therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or a behavioral health clinic.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and virtual therapy delivery.

• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
