Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

• Engaging in regular team meetings to discuss case updates, treatment planning, and collaborative approaches to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals coping with mental health disorders alongside challenges posed by medical conditions. You will work with a diverse clientele, including those facing issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and chronic pain, ensuring that care plans are tailored specifically to the individual’s needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Proven experience working with patients who have co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build trusting relationships with diverse clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
