Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Genworth Counseling Center, you will work predominantly with adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic alliances, guiding clients to achieve their mental health goals in a compassionate and empathetic manner.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to relate to clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing time effectively in a remote setting.

• No history of disciplinary action in your professional practice.
