Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients, conducting comprehensive assessments to establish treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy and support sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
