Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Facilitate group and family therapy, employing evidence-based techniques to help families navigate mental health challenges.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and the DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Design and lead psycho-educational groups focusing on topics such as parenting skills, coping strategies, and mental health awareness, ensuring relevance to participant needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely client documentation that complies with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Meet billing requirements by appropriately documenting reimbursable hours and managing client case materials effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. You will work with clients who may exhibit behavioral issues, emotional disorders, or developmental challenges, ensuring they receive trauma-informed care. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will play a crucial role in their healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of direct experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical setting is required. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and understanding of insurance billing processes will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
