This role is 100% remote, enabling you to provide care through a secure telehealth platform. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic treatment approaches for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the unique mental health needs of each client, subsequently crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services via telehealth to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Work alongside case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment approaches that address physical and mental health needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress, demonstrating professionalism and empathy during critical moments.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, engage the community, and actively work to reduce the stigma around seeking mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in accordance with state regulations.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proven ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients of varied backgrounds, exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with the ability to effectively engage and support individuals from diverse populations.

• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly within community mental health settings. Familiarity with telehealth practices and technologies will be advantageous, as well as experience in crisis intervention and case collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n
