Work Environment\n

This full-time position is designed to be flexible, allowing you to work remotely while maintaining the support of a robust outpatient office framework. You’ll have access to state-of-the-art telehealth technology and resources that streamline client interactions and documentation. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life schedule as you engage with clients from various backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to their challenges and goals.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Implement behavioral strategies and interventions to effectively track client progress, ensuring continuous adaptation of therapy plans as needed.

• Maintain thorough and organized documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record systems to enhance efficiency and communication.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and peer supervision, staying informed on the latest industry trends and therapeutic techniques.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to build strong therapeutic alliances that prioritize client autonomy and empowerment, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing individual therapy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective client engagement and collaboration.

• Proficient understanding of electronic medical records (EMR) and teletherapy platforms is advantageous, enhancing therapeutic delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging between $80,000 and $90,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
