Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, maintaining continuity and coherence in treatment.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when clients are in acute distress, employing effective techniques to stabilize and support them during challenging times.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, education programs, and workshops focused on mental health awareness, actively working to reduce stigma and promote service accessibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd., you will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
