Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate support strategies to ensure client safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clinic serves adults, adolescents, and families across California, providing a varied caseload that fosters personal and professional growth while making a substantial impact on community mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required for this position.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in therapy, mental health, or counseling settings, with demonstrated competencies in virtual care.

• Strong virtual communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage clients in an online setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
