Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify clients' substance abuse histories, mental health concerns, and individual treatment needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI) to foster engagement and progress in recovery.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to discuss client progress and adapt treatment plans as needed, ensuring clients receive integrated and holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or have a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
