Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and initial screenings to understand clients' unique backgrounds, mental health conditions, and substance abuse histories.

• Design individualized treatment plans addressing both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health disorders, tailoring approaches to meet diverse client needs.

• Facilitate effective individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to promote engagement and personal responsibility.

Qualifications\n
