Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs. Develop tailored treatment plans that cater to individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to a variety of clients, including individuals, families, and groups. You may utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, or other methodologies to meet the specific needs of your clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated care that addresses both mental health and substance use disorders. Your insights will play a crucial role in creating a holistic care approach.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute emotional or psychological distress, employing your skills to de-escalate situations and develop safety plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
