While our standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to clarify patient challenges and needs, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans that prioritize their unique circumstances.

• Utilize a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy—to deliver high-quality, individualized treatment to patients.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups aimed at building community, providing information on coping strategies, and fostering peer support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that care is holistic, integrated, and responsive to evolving patient needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services when immediate support is required, helping patients manage acute mental health emergencies effectively.

Qualifications\n
