Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met from the onset of their treatment.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that address the multifaceted challenges faced by clients, adapting strategies based on their progress.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing tailored specifically for clients in detox.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and case managers to ensure an integrated treatment approach, enhancing client outcomes across the board.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health and substance use disorders, empowering them to actively participate in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments while adhering to applicable regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base comprised of individuals navigating the complexities of detoxification from substances, as well as those facing concurrent mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a closely related field is a minimum requirement; however, advanced degrees are highly desirable.

• Strong therapeutic and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients deeply and motivate them throughout their recovery process.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working in mental health or substance use treatment settings is highly preferred.
