Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies that inform effective treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Demonstrated and effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary to foster trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Ability to display empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude, providing a nurturing space for clients facing difficult challenges.

• Proven organizational and time management skills to efficiently balance a caseload while adhering to documentation and administrative requirements.
