Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use issues, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and case managers, to optimize the integrated care of clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as necessary, demonstrating your expertise in managing acute situations with compassion and professionalism.

As part of the Detox Center, you will support clients dealing with mental health emergencies exacerbated by substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction and relationship-building with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence when working with individuals from diverse socioeconomic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
