Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to enhance client engagement.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure seamless and integrated care for all clients.

• Educate clients’ families about addiction and mental health, fostering a supportive network to aid recovery efforts.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality care continuity.

You will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification and treatment for substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experience varying levels of addiction severity. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
