Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and detailed evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients seeking care.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Administer therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy settings, drawing from a rich arsenal of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, case managers, and psychologists, to create an integrated approach to client care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients demonstrating acute distress, ensuring a compassionate and effective response to emergencies.

Qualifications\n
