Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories, challenges, and goals.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring engaging and therapeutic interactions.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatments to meet evolving needs and optimize outcomes.

• Document all sessions and treatment plans accurately within our Simple Practice system.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively and enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to develop your skills and stay abreast of best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will be on individuals experiencing substance use disorders and related mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will work with diverse demographics, including teens, adults, and couples, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• Hold a valid license as a mental health clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in telehealth settings.

• Proficient in treatment planning and understanding of various psychotherapy modalities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for virtual client interactions.

• Annual salary of $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
